Pricing and Payment:

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. By placing an order, you authorize us to engage third-party carriers (DHL, FedEx, EMS) to deliver your purchase.

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please review our detailed Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and certificates.
• Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom-made items, opened/used Indoor String Lights (for safety), and Final Sale items.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days of receiving the return, with funds appearing in 5-10 business days thereafter. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
